Orders will be processed and produced only after payment is confirmed. Production times vary but typically take 2-7 business days. Because products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once production has begun.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship locally and to selected nearby countries. Estimated delivery times vary based on destination but usually range from 3-14 business days after production. Shipping fees and additional import taxes, such as VAT or customs duties, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed include applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at the time of order.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and details for resolution.

All designs, trademarks, and content on our website are owned by or licensed to Bellefleur. You agree not to use or reproduce any content without prior permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellefleur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
